Hazrat Ibrahim took the name of Allah and stabbed his son's neck. But when he opened his eyes, he saw that his son is standing next to him and in his place, a goat-like animal is sliced ​​and lying. After this, sacrifice began in the path of Allah.

Can not keep the whole meat of the sacrifice on Eid al Adha -

In Islam on Eid al-Adha, no family alone can keep the meat of the sacrifice. Three parts of Qurbani's meat are done. The first part of which is for the poor. The second part is for friends and relatives and the third part is for their home.

Why do stones are thrown at the devil -

There is also a unique tradition of stoning the devil in Islam on Eid al-Adha after reaching the last day of the Haj pilgrimage to Ramizamrat.

It is said that this tradition is related to Hazrat Ibrahim. It is believed that when Hazrat Ibrahim went to offer the sacrifice of his son to Allah, the devil tried to mislead him on the way.

This is the reason why Haj pilgrimages throw stone pebbles on those three pillars symbolizing the devil.

How many people can sacrifice an animal together?

Where there are seven parts on a large animal (buffalo), there is only one part on small animals like a goat. 

It is clear that if a person sacrifices a buffalo or a camel, then seven people can be included in it. At the same time, if he gives a goat, it is only in the name of a person.

How is the animal sacrificed?

In Islam, the sacrifice of such animals is considered justified, which animals are healthy.

If the animal has any kind of disease or discomfort, then Allah does not agree with the sacrifice of such an animal.
